The evenings’ program for both events

5:00pm - 6:00pm: Mingle, enter the in person raffle, get food & drink, visit with the tables, & find your seat.

6:00pm-6:20pm: MC to stage for the welcome & introduction. 

6:20pm - 7:30pm: First half of films play.

7:30pm - 8:15pm: Intermission. Take action, get food & drinks, & enter your final raffle tickets! Raffle winners will be announced at the end of intermission.

8:15pm - 9:00pm: Second half of films play

9:05pm: The festival wraps up. Goodnight!
